This is a hands-on role overseeing day-to-day operations, team management, and logistical execution for a fast-paced, dynamic food service operation.
What You'll Do:
Manage multiple food fleet locations and ensure smooth daily operations
Hire, train, and mentor staff to deliver top-notch service
Oversee scheduling, inventory, and operational compliance
Drive operational efficiencies and support growth initiatives
Work hands-on in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment
What We're Looking For:
2+ years' experience in food, catering, or hospitality management -
food truck experience a plus
Bachelor's degree in Restaurant/Hospitality Management, Communications, Business, or equivalent preferred
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
