Position Summary:

We are seeking friendly, dependable team members to operate our

Christmas Food Truck

during the Let There Be Lights holiday season. This role involves preparing and serving

hot cocoa, popcorn, and other simple treats

from a limited menu while ensuring a warm and festive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service. Prepare and serve hot cocoa, popcorn, and other menu items quickly and safely. Handle cash, credit card, and ticket transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization inside the food truck. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control procedures. Restock supplies and assist with setup and closing duties. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Uphold Promised Land Zoo's standards of safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Must have or obtain

Safe Serve (ServSafe) certification

before or upon hire. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be reliable, responsible, and team-oriented. Evening and weekend availability required during the holiday season. Must be 16 years or older.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
