Hi,

If you've ever wanted to work at a new restaurant on a new food trailer, then I'd sure love to meet you. The restaurant is called Fat Andy's and is located at Eats On Spokane St. in Post Falls.

I'm looking for help cooking, taking + giving out orders, plating/assembling orders, prepping, and cleaning. The trailer is 8.5ft x 18ft so being willing to work all areas (cook, customer service window, dish area, and plate/assemble orders) is essential.

This position requires a ServSafe Food Handler Certification that can be acquired here- https://www.servsafe.com/ I will reimburse you the cost of the test after I get a copy of your certificate. I'm happy to answer any questions about this requirement.

I would greatly appreciate someone with food industry experience, but am happy working with anyone who is curious to learn and wants to succeed. We will be frying food, using a wok, interacting with customers, prepping food for the day/week, saucing food, assembling orders, cleaning, and more.

This is a part-time position with 12-24hrs weekly. Shifts would be 4-6 hours. I'll have a better idea of expected hours once I'm open a few weeks; I apologize for the large range.

I'm offering $17.50/hr + guaranteed $2.50/hr in tips with additional tips if we're lucky enough to earn them.
