Your Key Responsibilities:

As the leader on the floor, you'll run efficient, positive shifts, ensuring our high standards for food quality and guest service are met. You will train and develop team members, providing the coaching they need to excel. You'll also manage key holder duties, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and securing the restaurant.

What We're Looking For:

An experienced leader with at least one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting. A natural coach who knows how to bring out the best in a team. A reliable problem-solver with strong communication skills. Authorized to work in the US.
