Job Description
A full-time Food Service Worker position is available working at Adelphoi's Robert Ketterer Charter School. The hours are Monday-Friday 10 am to 6 pm.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve and clean up after all meals served
- Coordinate van usage for transporting meals with the Transportation Coordinator
- Coordinate group home weekend meals
- Prepare orders for weekend meals
- Maintain all records as required by the Department of Education for meal reimbursement
- Follow all sanitation and serving guidelines as they apply by the Department of Education, Department of Agriculture, Department of Welfare, and JCAHO.
- Implement wellness policy practices.
- Implement the HACCP principles.
- Maintain stock and milk and juice with Dairy.
- Prepare and serve food for special events.
- Document required information both written and electronically and complete required reports in ta imely manner.
- Assist with cooking
High School Diploma or equivalency, plus additional training in food service.
