The Food Service Worker will assist the manager with food/meal preparation; maintain cash receipts and meal records. Assist manager in completing daily reports. Maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.
Gluten-Free Station: Glutinvs Minimvs
The Glutinvs Minimvs station serves as the designated gluten-free station and also oversees the allergen room, with guidance and support from our campus Dietitian.
This station is fully gluten-free and equipped with its own dedicated tools and equipment, separate from all other stations, to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination.
Team members working in this area must have a clear understanding of what "gluten-free" and "allergen-free" mean, and follow all established procedures to maintain compliance and protect our guests.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure all utensils and equipment are separate for gluten-free and non-gluten-free items to avoid cross contamination
Use separate prep areas for gluten-free and regular food to avoid cross-contamination
Train staff on the importance of cleaning surfaces thoroughly to prevent gluten exposure
Label all Gluten Free products clearly to avoid cross-contamination or contact * Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned allergen concious menu
