The Hospitality Attendant will deliver and serve room service orders to patients in a professional, efficient and timely manner. The Hospitality Attendant is accountable for the required patient identification, patient confidentiality, accuracy, infection control practices that ensure food safety, and customer service.
Requirements: Ability and willingness to demonstrate and maintain competency as required for job title and the unit/area(s) of assignment.
Excellent communication skills to include oral and written comprehension/expression.
Ability to manage a challenging work environment related to changing customer needs.
