The territory will be Fayetteville, Lumberton, Laurinburg and Surrounding Area .
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, Sales will call on existing store through effective marketing/merchandising of all programs from grocery to foodservice. Our Sales will work with each store and also with the Food Service Rep.
Duties
Calling on target accounts provided by Sales Manager
Work Closely with designated H.T. Hackney Customers
Previous experience in Sales or a related field is preferred.
Offer suggestions and guidance to retailers to help grow their business
Sell new items and programs
Great Customer Service Skills
Position Requirements:
Sales Experience required, retail, or the convenience store
Strong Communication Skills
Proven History of building, creating and/or training successful teams
Excellent Negotiation skills and problem solving abilities
Willingness to travel (driving) to retail locations (Company car with gas card)
May require occasional lifting/lowering/pushing, carrying or pulling up to 40 lbs
