Position: Food Service Manager
Salary: $60,500 - 69,495.00
Schedule: Core hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, with occasional weekends to meet the needs of the program and those served

Oversee all aspects of food service operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality delivery of meals. Manage daily workflows, staff performance, and inventory control to maintain exceptional service standards. Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, including food safety, sanitation, and nutrition guidelines. Collaborate with wellness and nutrition committees to implement innovative menu options that meet diverse dietary needs. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Professional Skills: * Manage food service operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Implement innovative project management practices, introduce new menu items and preparation methods, and participate in Wellness and Nutrition Committees to enhance dining experiences while maintaining sound nutritional standards.
