Responsibilities
Monitor all food merchandisers according to demand and expiration time requirements Implement food preparation methods and portion sizes to ensure food quality, appearance and consistency Order and inventory food and supplies Train and develop staff by continuously improving their skills and knowledge Uphold company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees Comply with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving to ensure we meet standards
