Core Responsibilities

Station Rotation:

You will learn every station, including the cash register, grill, dressing station, and fry station.

Food Prep:

Prepare fresh ingredients (cutting, slicing, mixing) in the morning or during lulls.

Cooking:

Operate the grill and fryers to cook burgers and fries to precise brand standards.

Cleanliness:

Maintain a sanitized kitchen and lobby area.

Customer Service:

Explain the menu to guests and ensure orders are accurate.

Minimum Qualifications

Age:

18 years or older (Required for safety with hot oil/fryers).

Physical:

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

Schedule:

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.

Environment:

Comfortable working around high temperatures and active kitchen equipment.

Communication:

Ability to read, write, and speak basic English.
