Do you love great burgers and genuine people? DHW & Company, a Five Guys franchisee, is looking for new crew members. You don't need years of experience or a culinary degree to succeed here. If you enjoy helping people and want to learn, we want to talk to you.

We'll teach you the ropes. From working the grill to taking orders, we provide all the training you need. We focus on real food and good service. If you show up on time with a positive attitude, we handle the rest.

What You'll Do

Take Orders:

Greet customers and help them build their perfect burger at the register.

Prepare Food:

Cook fresh burgers and fries according to our safety standards.

Keep it Clean:

maintain a spotless dining area and kitchen.

Learn It All:

Rotate through different stations so the work stays fresh and you gain new skills.

What You Need

High School Diploma or GED (Required). Authorization to work in the U.S. Reliability--you need to arrive on time for your scheduled shifts. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
