Job Title: Food Service Associate - Cafeteria-Style BBQ

Overview
We're hiring a Food Service Associate to support daily operations in our cafeteria-style BBQ restaurant. This role involves serving food to a tray, maintaining food quality and cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth, safe dining experience for our guests.

(No table service)

Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards
- Serve food efficiently and accurately in a cafeteria-style setting
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, serving line, and dining area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Receive, stock, and organize food supplies
- Provide friendly, professional customer service

Qualifications
- Willing and able to follow directions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail in food quality and cleanliness
- Clear communication skills with staff and customers
- Cleaning skills, including sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, and washing/sanitizing dishes
