What You'll Do:
Deliver fast, friendly, and professional service to every guest.
Create a warm and welcoming experience: smile, engage, and build rapport with each table in your station.
Become an expert on our full menu, including oysters, seafood specials, sushi rolls, and beverage offerings.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and timely service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting station throughout each shift.
Support the team with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Prior food-serving experience (fine dining or sushi experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with food allergies and guest safety considerations.
Professional, polished appearance and a positive attitude.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Flexibility to work varied shifts.
