Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Food Service Worker, where your passion for food and exceptional customer service will shine! In this role, you will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests by ensuring high standards of food preparation, service, and sanitation. You'll be an integral part of our kitchen and dining operations, working collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver outstanding hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

Prepare and serve food items with attention to quality and presentation. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas. Support the team in upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Uphold food safety regulations and best practices throughout all food handling processes.

Basic qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous. Culinary experience or kitchen experience that showcases your food preparation skills. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations. Background in guest services or hospitality that emphasizes strong guest relations.
