We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Food Runner / Expo to join our team on a part-time, potentially full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment. As a Food Runner / Expo, you will play a key role in bring the bridge for our front-of-house team and back-of-house team to ensure that every guest receives outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the kitchen and food runner / expo to deliver food to guests promptly. Ensure special modifications to food is accounted for. Ensure station is organized and well maintained at all times Ensure all food sent from the kitchen passes the quality standard of the restaurant. Assist in maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the restaurant. Respond to guest requests and communicate them effectively to servers or management. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service during peak hours. Uphold Spring by Chinamama's high standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal communication skills. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Friendly, approachable, and a team player. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
