Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and presentation of food items
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service area
- Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and addressing any concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operation

Skills:
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Attention to detail in food presentation and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Previous experience in a restaurant or banquet setting is preferred
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift/move heavy trays and or plates
