We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner, Busser, Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the culinary arts and hospitality, and who thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities

Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Ensure that all food items are presented beautifully and meet our quality standards before serving. Assist servers by communicating any special requests or modifications made by guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an exceptional dining experience. Knowledge of culinary practices, including food preparation techniques and presentation. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including menu items and service protocols. Understanding of food handling and safety regulations to maintain hygiene standards. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests. A background in hospitality or experience working in hotels or restaurants is preferred but not required. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
