Job Description

We are looking for support staff team members who will be responsible for providing unreasonable hospitality while serving customers and have a drive to learn and grow within the industry. Duties will mostly include supporting the service staff to ensure all guests receive the highest level of service and hospitality.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with all staff. Previous work experience working in a fine dining environment is a plus, but not a requirement.

Support Staff Responsibilities:

Provide unreasonable hospitality to guests. Help clear and reset tables. Engage with customers in a friendly manner. Provide proper service when bringing guests food and beverage to the table. Support service staff to ensure guests are receiving the proper level of service.

Support Staff Requirements:

Experience providing excellent customer service in a fine dining environment is a benefit but not a requirement. A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all staff. Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised. Willingness to take direction and learn.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.89 - $25.16 per hour
