We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Food Runner/Busser to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival if near the front door. Communicate with servers about orders to ensure accuracy. Deliver orders promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards. Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, maintaining high levels of guest services. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and patio throughout service hours. Ensure patio is maintained and cared for by monitoring for bugs, dirt, or wear.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including knowledge of POS systems. Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help both guests and team members are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
