We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food Runner to join our dynamic hospitality team. The Food Runner plays a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guests, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities

Deliver prepared food orders from the kitchen to tables promptly and accurately Assist servers with clearing dishes and resetting tables to maintain a clean dining area Ensure food presentation meets quality standards before delivery Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers regarding order status and guest needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas Support food safety protocols by handling dishes and utensils properly Assist with basic food preparation or setup as needed during busy periods Provide excellent guest service by being attentive, courteous, and responsive to guest requests

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and proper sanitation procedures Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience with banquet service, bussing, or kitchen operations is advantageous Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes safely Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Hospitality or culinary background including hotel or guest services experience is desirable Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
