The

Food Runner - Pool & Beach

reports to the Pool & Beach Leadership Team and serves guest needs by assisting the Pool & Beach Service Attendant with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests. We are looking for an energetic, experienced customer service professionals with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants must have the flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Chic and light-filled with vast ocean views, our 371 accommodations provide a personal sanctuary in this all-encompassing Hawaiian luxury beach resort. Restaurants and bars are infused with the magnetic energy of Ko Olina. Guests have the opportunity to splash into lively pools and lagoons, with numerous water sports right off the Resort's own beach. They are also able to play tennis and golf, then relax in the Spa - wrapped in the effortless elegance of Four Seasons.

What you will do:

Deliver food & beverages from the kitchen to the pool and beach areas Assist in clearing, cleaning, setting up tables, pool chairs for service Greeting guests according to Four Seasons standards Anticipate guest needs and respond urgently to guest requests Assist in stocking linen, silverware, utensils, towels, and food items for service Assist in breaking down, cleaning, and set-up of food stations

What you bring

Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written. Experience with at least 3 months to 1 year of full-time employment in related position. Excellent communication and organization skills. Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills. Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Schedule & Hours:
