We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs or concerns. Utilize the Aloha POS system for order tracking and communication with the kitchen. Adhere to food safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests. Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A proactive attitude towards helping others, including cooks and servers, to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
