Join our dynamic team as a Food Runner, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences! As a Food Runner, you will ensure that our guests receive their meals promptly and with a smile. Your energy and passion for hospitality will shine as you collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to create memorable moments for every guest.

What you'll do

Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Assist servers by communicating orders clearly and efficiently to the kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Support food preparation efforts by assisting with plating, garnishing, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order tracking and processing. Engage with guests to provide outstanding customer service, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours, contributing to a positive work environment. Participate in banquet setups and breakdowns as needed, showcasing your versatility in various service settings.

Basic qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with culinary tasks such as cooking or food preparation is a plus. Familiarity with guest services within hotel or banquet settings enhances your candidacy. Previous experience using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS will be beneficial. A passion for hospitality that drives you to create memorable dining experiences.
