Responsibilities

Efficiently deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, including cooks and chefs, to facilitate smooth service during busy periods. Maintain knowledge of the menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with inquiries. Ensure that all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events as needed, contributing to an organized dining experience. Support the kitchen team with food preparation tasks when necessary, demonstrating flexibility in duties. Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for order tracking and communication with the front-of-house staff.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is advantageous. Experience in banquet service or hotel environments is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team-oriented atmosphere. A passion for culinary arts and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
