The name "Chocho" is inspired by the CHOCHO plant--also known as Buddha's hand melon--our name symbolizes good fortune and heartfelt hospitality. What You'll Do as a Service Team Associate:

Provide an exceptional dining experience by warmly welcoming guests and thoughtfully serving each dish with precision and care.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment

Follow all operational standards and safety procedures to ensure food quality and freshness

Thrive in a fast-paced setting, rotating through roles such as server, food runner/Expo, busser, or kitchen team member

Collaborate with your team to achieve daily goals in a fun, supportive atmosphere
