All Saints Public House is looking for a Food Runner to join our team in Cleveland, OH.

Position Summary:

The Food Runner is responsible for ensuring the food service is carried out in compliance with all food service regulations and procedures. This position will be responsible for training, organizing, and completing all food service activities. This person will work closely with the Manager of Food Services and Kitchen Director of Food Services to ensure that all food service functions are carried out in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in the preparation of all food items, including but not limited to: set up, clean up, sanitize, and inventory. Organizing and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen. Ensuring that all items are prepared according to the menu and recipe instructions. Ensuring that all food items meet quality standards, flavor standards, and presentation standards. Maintaining sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen. Training and organizing staff in preparation of food service. Complying with all safety, health, environmental, and sanitation regulations and practices, including but not limited to: proper use of equipment and appliances; use of chemicals; use of heat; use of cold; use of tools; use of mouth; use of hands; wear of safety glasses or goggles. Performing other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
