Join our dynamic team as a Food Runner Busser, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience! You will be the backbone of our restaurant operations, delivering food and beverages with speed and precision while maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Your enthusiasm for hospitality and commitment to service will shine as you support our servers and kitchen staff in creating memorable moments for every guest.

What you'll do

Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service, including banquet setups. Clear and clean tables efficiently, removing used dishes and utensils to maintain a tidy dining space. Support servers by refilling drinks, providing additional utensils, and responding to guest needs. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery while adhering to food safety standards. Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when necessary. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining rooms, restrooms, and service stations. Communicate effectively with team members to enhance service flow and guest satisfaction.

Basic qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with banquet service or large-scale event setups is a plus. Background in culinary arts or kitchen operations is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively. A passion for customer service that drives you to exceed guest expectations.
