Runner/Busser

Whether assisting in food preparation, serving guests, or managing food safety standards, you will play a vital role in creating memorable moments that keep our guests coming back for more.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and efficient customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with a positive attitude. Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages in accordance with established standards and safety guidelines. Handle food with care, adhering to food safety protocols to maintain quality and hygiene. Operate POS systems such as Spot On POS and other POS accurately for order processing and payments. Assist in food preparation tasks, including plating, garnishing, and assembling menu items. Support banquet/catering events by setting up, serving, bussing tables, and ensuring smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, kitchen stations, and service areas while following health regulations. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest requests. Manage guest inquiries professionally, providing information about menu items and restaurant offerings. Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes promptly to ensure a tidy environment. Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards is essential. Experience with POS systems such as Spot On or others are a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail. Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not required. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a positive attitude. Culinary or kitchen experience can enhance your suitability for this role.
