Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests with speed and accuracy, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Assist servers by clearing tables promptly and efficiently, maintaining an organized dining area. Support food preparation efforts by helping to set up and restock service stations as needed. Maintain cleanliness of all dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold food safety standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs or concerns. Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when necessary. Assist in banquet setups and breakdowns, ensuring all events run smoothly from start to finish. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their requests with enthusiasm.

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments is essential. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests alike. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Previous experience in banquet settings or hospitality roles is a plus! Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
