As an ARLO Food Runner, you'll be the critical link between the kitchen and our guests, delivering beautifully plated dishes with finesse and a touch of hospitality magic. Pay Rate $17.25 #TowncountrySD

This position will be mainly in the afternoon with some flexibility to work brunch (7:00 - 3:00 PM) on weekends.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring orders are delivered promptly and accurately to our guests. Maintaining a deep understanding of our menu to answer basic guest questions. Assisting servers by resetting tables and preparing for the next guests. Keeping the dining area tidy and organized, supporting the overall flow of service. Collaborating closely with the kitchen and serving team to ensure top-tier service.

Qualifications:
Thrives in high-pressure environments with a smile and a sense of urgency. Has impeccable attention to detail and a knack for presentation. Can communicate effectively with both team members and guests. Brings prior experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant (preferred, but not required).

Physical Requirements:

This role requires a high level of physical activity to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience. You must be able to:Stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift. Lift and carry trays of food, dishes, and beverages weighing up to 25 pounds. Bend, stoop, and reach to retrieve and deliver items. Navigate a bustling dining area and kitchen with ease and awareness. * Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining poise and professionalism.
