Responsibilities:
Manage all food and beverage purchasing, maintaining quality, consistency, and cost controls
Source vendors, negotiate pricing, and establish supplier relationships to maximize value
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries to meet operational needs
Collaborate with chefs, restaurant managers, and event teams to forecast demand and menu requirements
Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and inventory for financial reporting
Analyze purchasing trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement best practices
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all procurement activities
Participate in budget planning and work to achieve financial targets for F&B operations
Support team development by coaching and mentoring staff involved in procurement
Qualifications:
Experience in food and beverage purchasing, hospitality, or restaurant operations
Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills
Knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement software
Commitment to cost control, quality, and supplier relationships
