Food Production Manager - Join Our Team!

We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Food Production Manager to lead our team at Clean Eatz Kitchen! In this role, you'll oversee daily food production, ensuring efficiency and quality, all while being on the floor working alongside your team. This is a great opportunity for a leader with experience in food production who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Schedule

: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Location

: On-site, under USDA inspection

Role Type

: Working Manager - active leadership on the production floor

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily food production Hire, train, and mentor associates Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards Help break down boxes and move 50-60lb totes of food Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive work environment

What We're Looking For:

5+ years in food production, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multi-task and stay organized Physical capability to lift up to 60lbs
