What You'll Do Every Day

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to keep everything safe and clean Build desserts according to clear instructions Meet production goals within the required time Maintain a tidy and clean organizedwork area Follow dress code & personal hygiene rules Report waste or any time you step off the line Protect food quality and safety throughout your shift Learn safety systems like SQF, HACCP, and GMP (training provided!) Follow company policies and assist with other tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours Willing to work overtime and weekends when needed Able to read or write in

English or Spanish

Able to stay focused in a fast-paced, loud environment Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset Able to follow strict safety rules 100% of the time
