What you'll do:

Provide excellent guest service and hospitality Help prepare and serve great food Ingredient Preparation: Washing, peeling, cutting, chopping, and slicing fruits, vegetables, and meats according to recipes or specific instructions. Measuring and Portioning: Accurately weighing and measuring ingredients and portioning them for individual dishes to ensure consistency in food quality and quantity. Stocking and Organization: Monitoring ingredient levels, stocking workstations, refrigerators, and dry storage areas, and ensuring that all food is labeled and organized using the First In, First Out (FIFO) method to prevent spoilage. Learn and excel in various restaurant stations; such as Grill, Fryers, Cashier, Desserts and Sandwiches. Adhering to Safety Standards: Following all company policies and health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures and temperature controls for food storage areas.

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig's parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family's beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers and Frozen Custard.
