Lewis Barbecue is bringing our award-winning Texas-style barbecue to Atlanta, and we're building a strong, guest-focused opening team. Our

Sides Team Members

play a key role in shaping the guest experience -- guiding customers through the line, serving sides, and helping execute some of our most popular menu items.

What You'll Do

Greet guests and guide them through the ordering experience Maintain strong menu and product knowledge. Serve hot and cold side items from a buffet-style service line Keep the service line clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift Assist with stocking, restocking, and daily side-work tasks Support the FOH team to keep the line moving smoothly during high-volume rushes

Pay Structure

This is a

Base Hourly Rate:

$4.00/hr

Average Hourly (including tips):

$25-$35/hr

Actual earnings vary by shift and volume.*

Physical Requirements

This role requires:

Standing and walking for

6-8+ hours

per shift Reaching, bending, and lifting up to

30 lbs

Moving quickly in a high-energy, high-volume environment Maintaining speed, accuracy, and positivity during long lines

Schedule

AM Shifts:

9:30/10:15 AM - 4:00 PM (at the latest)

PM Shifts:

2:45/4:00 PM - 11:30 PM
