Job Summary: Expo / Food Expeditor (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Join our team at Lake Roots - a lively, fast-paced spot serving elevated breakfast, lunch, and dinner made with fresh, quality ingredients. We're looking for an experienced and organized Expo (Food Expeditor) to be the key link between our kitchen, and front-of-house teams, ensuring every plate & beverage leaves the kitchen & coffee bar perfectly and on time.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate communication between the kitchen, baristas and servers to ensure accurate, timely food delivery Check dishes and beverages for accuracy, presentation, and quality before they leave the kitchen Maintain organization at the expo line and ensure efficient service flow Support service staff and assist with running food and beverages during busy periods Communicate clearly and professionally with both kitchen and front-of-house teams Uphold cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an expo, food runner, or server preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
