### Job Tasks/Duties
Direct and coordinate all food and beverage operations to ensure quality, consistency, and profitability.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service and production areas.
Monitor food storage and handling for compliance with safety standards.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all food and beverage outlets to ensure consistency and compliance.
Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure exceptional service and adherence to club standards.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including revenue, labor, and cost control metrics.
Manage technology systems related to reservations, POS (Point of Sale), and inventory tracking.
Oversee scheduling, payroll, and tip distribution for all food and beverage staff.
Oversee wine and beverage programs, including vendor negotiations and staff training on pairings.
Collaborate with culinary team on menu development and seasonal offerings.
Coordinate with other department heads (Golf, Events, Membership) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage service laws and club policies.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee purchasing and inventory control.
Collaborate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for food and beverage staff.
Inspect facilities regularly for safety, maintenance, and energy management compliance.
Maintain strong communication with the Director of Food & Beverage regarding operational challenges and opportunities.
Lead efforts to enhance member satisfaction through surveys, feedback analysis, and service improvements.
Handle member feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
Complete other assignments as directed by the Director of Food & Beverage.
### Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a private club or upscale hospitality environment.
### Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations
Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple outlets and events.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, cost control, and inventory management.
Ability to develop and enforce safety and sanitation procedures.
Skilled in emergency response and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
### Licenses and Special Requirements
Food safety certification.
Alcoholic beverage certification.
### Physical Demands and Work Environment
