Dole Plantation, home to Pineapples and the World Famous DoleWhip, is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to manage our food and beverage staff in providing the best products and service to our customers. This is a hands on, working manager position in an extremely fast paced environment.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including menu development 7 enhancement and ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Staff Management - Hiring, training, and supervising F&B staff including counter attendants, cooks, and kitchen staff, ensuring proper scheduling and performance management. Operational Oversight - Managing daily operations of the F&B operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to established standards.

Menu Development - Creating and updating menus, considering seasonal ingredients, pricing, and customer preferences.

Cost Control - Monitoring food and beverage inventory, managing purchasing, minimizing waste, and staying within budget constraints. Quality Assurance - Ensuring consistent high quality of food and beverage presentation, taste, and service delivery. Customer Service - Addressing customer concerns, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Financial Reporting - Analyzing sales data, generating reports on revenue, cost of goods sold, labor costs, and profitability. Compliance - Enforcing all applicable health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures and sanitation standards. Training and Development - Providing ongoing training to staff on new menu items, service standards, and operational procedures. Event Management - Coordinating catering services for events, including menu planning, staffing, and logistics. Technology Operations - Assists in updating digital menu boards with price and photo changes, assists in maintenance and troubleshooting POS system.
Experience:

- Proven successful experience in food and beverage operations.

- Strong knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen operations

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations

- Ability to work in a high-volume Team environment

-Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software

- No Relocation Assistance

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
