BASIC FUNCTION: Manage the basic operations of service in the Plaza Pub, the Wendy and Wilson Dining Room and Catering functions at the Plaza, and service to the Reflections units. Provides exemplary customer service, creates and facilitates a fun, engaging and social atmosphere relative to the dining venue, interacts with the public and supervises servers and banquet workers. Manage inventory, makes recommendations for purchases and facilitates ordering through accounting and accountability of supplies. Minimum age: 21 for alcohol sales.
