The Bondville Bodega is a new concept by The Crooked Ram, located in Manchester, VT.
The Bondville Bodega (located in Bondville, VT) will be a cafe and prepared foods market,
offering breakfast, lunch, prepared foods and provisions. Unlike our main location, the
Bodega will be grab-and-go only, with no seated dining or table service. Even though the
operation will be counter service and casual, our menus and product offerings will be high
quality and thoughtful.
JOB SUMMARY
The Bodega FOH Supervisor will oversee day to day operations at our new Bondville
Bodega market, and will be in charge of register sales, online preorders, inventory
management and ordering, and coordinating food prep and production with BOH Bodega
Supervisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and organize all Bodega inventory
Conduct sales at register
Practice and uphold high standards of customer service
Receive and prepare online preorders
Build and maintain Square Point of Sale (POS) ordering menus and backend POS
information
Maintain a clean and organized work station, kitchen, prep area and sales floor
Coordinate daily operations with Back of House Supervisor to ensure smooth daily
service
Report any problems with food product, kitchen equipment or work area to TCR
Management
Demonstrate safe food handling procedures such as dating, labeling, and FIFO
Safely operate, clean, and help maintain all kitchen equipment
Conduct regular deep cleaning and organization of the kitchen and sales floor
Complete daily opening & closing checklists
HEALTH & SAFETY
Adhere to the highest standards of food safety, food handling, sanitation, workplace
safety, and hygiene requirements according to Vermont Department of Health
standards to ensure the health and safety of team members and guests
Adhere to time and temperature protocols Requirements
Vermont Food Handler Safety Training Card (preferred)
Must be punctual and reliable
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Ability to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to exert well-paced mobility, standing or walking in a restaurant environment
Ability to operate commercial equipment including stand mixers, ovens, torches, etc.
Involves holding objects with hands
Involves reaching, bending, and stooping frequently
EXPERIENCE
Must have 1-2 years previous experience
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
