At Keepers, we bring the coast to Austin -- with fresh seafood, warm hospitality, and a guest experience that feels intentionally crafted from the moment they walk in.
We are looking for a Front of House Manager who is hospitality-focused, operationally sharp, and committed to elevating the guest experience every single shift.
About the Role
The ideal candidate is someone who leads with purpose, and knows that great service doesn't happen by accident -- it's created through planning, coaching, and consistent follow-through.
You are laser-focused on protecting the guest experience:
You anticipate needs before they surface.
You ensure the dining room is flowing smoothly.
You uphold high standards of training, execution, and hospitality.
You coach your team in the moment, giving real-time feedback to help everyone grow and succeed.
You manage your time with intention so operational tasks never interfere with the dining room experience. You know how to run a clean, organized shift that supports both the team and the guests.
You take ownership of the restaurant's performance -- from service quality to sales growth -- and you contribute directly to Keepers' financial goals through smart labor management, upselling initiatives, training, and creating an unforgettable atmosphere that brings guests back.
What You'll Do
Lead shifts with confidence, clarity, and a mindset of creating memorable guest experiences.
Protect the guest experience at all costs -- ensuring service is seamless, warm, and consistent.
Coach, observe, and provide real-time feedback to FOH team members to elevate performance.
Train and develop the team using company standards, Restaurant Launch materials, and structured service behaviors.
Manage time, priorities, and tasks in a way that keeps the dining room your #1 focus.
Maintain perfectly manicured tables, clean visuals, and a polished atmosphere.
Partner with the Chef + GM to uphold food quality, eliminate mistakes, and drive excellence.
Help the team reach daily, weekly, and monthly financial targets through strategic leadership.
Support execution of LTOs, special events, and brand initiatives.
Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, communication, and teamwork.
What We're Looking For
A leader with exceptional hospitality instincts
Experience managing high-volume service or FOH teams
Strong time-management and organizational skills
A coach at heart -- someone who builds others up while holding them accountable
Ability to read the floor, anticipate issues, and adjust quickly
A self starter who owns their shift and follows through
Passion for guest experience, training, and continuous improvement
Ability to maintain professionalism and composure at all times
Why You'll Love Working Here
Chef-owned, hospitality-driven restaurant group
A supportive leadership team that invests in training and development
A positive culture where excellence and creativity matter
Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company
Competitive pay, dining perks, and a team that feels like family
