Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cashier/Server/Bartender to join our team. As a Cashier/Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, take orders, and handle cash transactions.

Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink/food orders from customers and provide recommendations
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and restaurant, including wiping down surfaces, washing glassware, and restocking supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing empty glasses and plates as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably as a bartender
- Strong knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for retail transactions and calculating tips
- Knowledge of food safety regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $7.25 - $12.00 per hour
