Wild Crumb is looking for an energetic, food savvy person to join our front of house team in providing excellent customer service and keeping a clean, stocked and fun work environment as well as enforcing team standards and assisting FOH management. You'll be working in a fast paced, high energy environment. Patience, politeness and maturity required to handle 400-600 customers daily. Responsibilities include; Shift lead tasks, providing stellar customer service, being knowledgeable on all products and procedures at Wild Crumb. Cleaning and maintaining the front of house which can include sweeping, moping, wiping counters and glass and more. Must be proficient in cash handling and work well under pressure. Must be a team player and help uphold in a positive work environment. Must have previous management experience.

Friday-Sunday shifts and additional days as needed for coverage (step in for manager as needed)

Must be available on days 5:30 am- 4: 30pm *earlier shifts may be available

Requirements:
-be flexible to cover shifts starting as early as 5:30am
-must be able to lift 50lbs and work weekends and holidays
-Shift supervisor experience required
-customer experience and cash handling required
-must be able to work in a fast paced environment
-looking for someone with infectious energy that works well with others, can delegate effectively in a positive manner and is passionate about the pastry world

Base pay hourly + tips, DOE (with additional annual raises/reviews)

Pay range $24-28 (this range includes tips)
