Purpose of Position:




Provide a wide variety of support functions.

Duties and Responsibilities (Essential):




1. Participate in Section GT&E Program Management Reviews and other coordination activities involving section 333 BPC programs as assigned. (ALL COCOMs)


2. Reviews all Significant Security Cooperation Initiatives (SSCIs) Training and Equipment Lists and identifies any issues with feasibility.


3. Ensure that all Army BPC Pricing and Availability reviews are completed in the allocation DSCA timelines.


4. Evaluate all pre-LOAs ensuring the Total Case Value is not exceed and inform WFO Director on recommended adjustments for final decision.


5. Represent USASAC WFO in all GT&E Program Feasibility Reviews.


6. Prepare program management support documents to keep the WFO Director informed during program assessments, PMRs and congressional notifications.


7. Tasks SAMD/LCMCs for Pricing and Availability of all material, training, and services.


8. Track and monitor section 333 BPC cases tasked to LCMCs from initial tasking to case implementation.


9. Facilitate section 333 BPC case development and section 333 BPC case execution.


10. Compile cost estimates for proposed cases.


11. Consolidate price and availability information for all elements of the case.


12. Mediator between government intra and inter agencies to determine status of the FMS cases.


13. Inform the WFO Director of potential cost overruns and or procurement scheduling problems associated with program progress reviews and impediments to completion of section 333 BPC cases.


14. Coordinate with program office personnel to ensure schedule, engineering, logistics, financial, and programmatic concerns are understood and resolved in a timely manner.


15. Participate and provide input for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings with WFO, USASAC and DSCA and COCOMs.


16. Conduct line by line review of implemented case and Training and Equipment Lists to ensure all requirements are captured on the case.

Qualifications:



An Active US Government Security Clearance Minimum/General Experience: Fifteen years of logistical experience is required. Type of experience necessary includes six years of task related technical experience. Experience in either logistic support planning, material fielding, or sustainment support for systems, major end items, supply, or maintenance organization required. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in such disciplines as Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Resource Management/Information Systems, Operations Research, Physical Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Business, Accounting, Economics, or other related scientific, technical or logistics discipline, or a technical training certificate from an accredited training institution with a curriculum or major field of study that provides substantial knowledge closely related to the task. In lieu of a degree, six additional years of related experience is required. Prior experience with Army Logistic systems is highly desirable. Prior experience with FMS is desirable. Must have working, demonstratable knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products such as Excel, Word, and Teams. Applicants must possess excellent oral and written skills.

Physical Factors



Work environment is business casual attire in an office atmosphere. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to operate a computer for extended periods of time. Must be able to operate a phone both making and receiving calls and taking or conveying information. Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Occasionally lifts/moves up to 25 pounds.
