Job Title: FM Functional Analyst
Location: Remote
Rate: $90 - $110+/hr We are seeking an experienced FM Functional Analyst to join our team at Synovize. In this role, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise in the Funds Management (FM) module of SAP ERP, specifically in the areas of financial planning and budgeting. You will work closely with other functional areas such as Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD), as well as Project Systems (PS). Key Responsibilities:

• Possess Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more functional/module area
• Knowledge of and experience with DoD and specifically Navy ERP required.
• Requires strong organization and communication skills.
• Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
• Plans and leads major technology assignments.
• Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
• Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
• Senior level may supervise others.

Requirements:

• 10 or more years of SAP experience
• Experience in FM SAP modules (in a Tier 3 environment)
• Must have previous Navy ERP Business Office experience
• Strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, specifically in the Funds Management module
• Strong knowledge of other functional areas such as Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD), as well as Project Systems (PS)
• Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and post production support.
• Federal experience required (DoD experience preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor\'s degree.

Clearance:

• Must have DoD clearance or be clearable.
