Floral Product Development Intern

Reports To: Product Development Team Lead Duration: Ongoing (with potential for extension or future employment)

Position Overview

The Floral Product Development Intern will assist the Product Development team with daily floral operations, including inventory organization, content creation, and product development management. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple facets of a growing floral e-commerce company, ideal for students who are passionate about flowers, love to organize, and enjoy creative, collaborative work.

Interns will gain insight into the full product development process, from receiving fresh flowers to content creation and fulfillment, while directly contributing to exciting company projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with weekly flower processing on Tuesdays and capture creative content Maintain clean, organized flower studio space, including buckets, vases, and tools Help create hard-good supply kits for orders. Support the fulfillment process for hard-good supply kits as needed. Track and manage inventory of floral supplies and hard goods. Collaborate with the team on urgent content creation for social media or marketing. Contribute ideas for improving studio workflow and efficiency.

Passion for flowers and floral design Highly organized and detail-oriented Interest in content creation, product development, or creative projects Ability to work independently and collaboratively Reliable and punctual for in-person work (Tues-Thurs, 12 PM-4 PM) Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, creative environment Perfect for college students studying Floral Design, Horticulture, Marketing, or Design
