Our team is looking for an energetic, design assistant and studio support member serving the Greater Little Rock and North Little Rock communities. We are looking for someone with a proven history of order production in a flower shop, retail store or studio setting. Our team members must present themselves with professionalism and provide quality and positive customer service interactions while representing our business. We are looking for someone who wants to work for a growing floral studio in a thriving community. We love fostering creativity and passionate people who love the satisfaction of working hard to create beautiful designs for others. Hodge Podge has been in business since 1997 serving the North Little Rock, Argenta neighborhood. Our current owner purchased the business in 2015 - and has seen great growth in market share, brand recognition and corporate partnerships. She has fostered a thriving business on Main Street which specialized in custom designs, private and corporate events and superb customer service.

• Monday - Friday (some weekends are required based on events and holidays)
• Order production and shop assistant duties such as adding cards, balloons, etc.
• Knowledge of various flower varieties, names and care are appreciated
• Prepare, inspect and provide quality control on outgoing orders
• Follow company reporting procedures and documentation policies
• Assist customers with phone-in orders (and walk-in customers)
• Minimum 2 years proven experience in a flower shop or equivalent setting
• Event Work is a plus (ie Weddings, Events, set-up, consults, etc).
• Excellent communication skills
• Provide quality customer service
• Ability to operate and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Clean Criminal Record
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid Arkansas Driver\'s License and clean driving records -as delivery driver duties will be necessary at limited times.
• Computer knowledge and floral software experience will be necessary (but willing to train)
• Smart phone knowledge and competency is a requirement
• Ability to lift 25-30+ pounds
• Maintain positive environment conducive to long lasting flowers by maintaining clean coolers and fresh water in flower buckets.
• All premises and company vehicles are 100% smoke free
• Perform other duties as assigned
