Create custom floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday orders Assist customers in selecting flowers and designing arrangements that meet their needs and preferences Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers through proper handling, watering, and storage techniques Manage inventory levels of floral supplies and ensure proper stock rotation Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and ensuring the store's floral section is attractive and inviting Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and retail math calculations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, including stocking flowers and supplies, cleaning work areas, and maintaining organization

Proven experience in floral design or related horticultural fields such as gardening or landscape maintenance Strong knowledge of floral design principles, color coordination, and arrangement techniques Familiarity with POS systems, retail sales processes, cashiering, and merchandising practices Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Basic understanding of lawn care, landscape maintenance, and general horticulture is advantageous Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Passion for customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters positive interactions
