Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of flooring materials, including tile, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will contribute to transforming spaces through precise installation techniques, adherence to safety standards, and efficient project execution. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Extensive experience in flooring installation across various materials such as tile laying, hardwoods, laminates, vinyl flooring, and carpet. Strong background in construction with experience in flooring installation and tile laying. Skilled in using hand tools, carpentry, and floor care techniques Knowledge of hands-on work and tools. Ability to read blueprints Able to multi-task and make sound decisions quickly Good communication skills

2 to 3 years experience in flooring installation

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy (50+lbs) equipment and tools as necessary. Ability to push/pull (50+lbs). Ability to twist and bend and the waist. Comfortable working in confined spaces, standing and kneeling for extended periods.
